This is the LAST time I'm gonna talk to you!!! at least for this year! lol. Our day is overcast with some rain looks foggy out there too. We have plans to go out to the Moose tonite meeting friends; there should be 10 or more of us if everyone shows up. We are bringing our own stuff to nibble on as it starts at 9 till 2 - we will be gone way before that. There will be a DJ there also - so it should be a good times with lots of friends.
The weekend was good, but really thought his daughter would come down - nope!!! She is like a fire that is 3 feet high - just burns my ass. All he has done for her and she can't make time for him - just goes to see her boyfriend's parents and family. Guess she's a wanna be!. He says it doesn't bother him, but how can it not?
I'll toast you with a glass of Crown Apple and 7 UP at midnite. Thanks for being such a good friend this year and I hope it last all of next year too. May the new year bring you much happiness and good health.

Hello, just making my rounds. Hope you are doing well and staying warm. Hard to believe 2018 is coming to an end. Where does the time go? Seems the year just flew by. Hoping the New Year will be a great one for all of us. Whether you stay home and relax or go out to celebrate the New Year, take care and be safe... hugs, debijo
Mild day with sunshine! Debating whether to change my page later today or clean up my craft room! I've made quite the mess in there the last couple of weeks. Make the most of your Sunday whatever you choose to do! Hugs, Nancy
The cat in the picture says it all. Shinny glittering balls that jingle when you move them, it must be so much fun for the cat. This year I put a piece of artists tape on the bottom of each box around the tree so the boxes don't move and it makes it hard for the cat to get at the tree. I also left the lower branches with just lights. I probably just got lucky but he didn't break or take off with the balls. Or maybe he hasn't started yet.........
Have a fantastic day Marykay!
Hugs,
Bren

I love having a 'real' Christmas tree ... you'll miss that beautiful pine scent and prettily decorated tree. Ahh well, soon we'll be doing it all over again. lol
hi Sweetie, did your cat climb your tree? We didn't put up a tree. Hubby said our cat Patches would just climb it and she would have. lol lol I sure miss having a tree. I pray you have a wonderful New year sweetie. God Bless. Love, Shirley oxxoox
A busy Saturday for me, as we just got back from Jersey yesterday about 5 and were out the door to meet friends by 6:30. Brought back subs as can't find any good ones down here. Had them yesterday - 1/2 - and will have the other half tonite for dinner. Have been busy doing everythig around the house today and still have to finish unpacking. Won't take the decorations down till the New Year's day. Still waiting to hear from his daughter. Have a great weekend. Hugs, Wendy
Hi VINTAGEGIRL.I love that graphic of the cat swatting at the ornaments on the Christmas tree.Brings bacl memories of when we attempted to have a tree decorated with oraments in a house full of cats. They would pull the balls off the tree, and rip the stems out and hide them behind the sofa. One even attempted to climb the tree, but just pulled it over crashing to the ground. Now we have a small artifical tree, predecorated with gold plastic balls, that they can pull over and it won't damage it.
