Well I didn't do a lot today either - can't really do much with being in a walker. Had Rich take down a humming bird feeder to put fresh food in it as it was all gone. I need to to the other one tomorrow as I put in what little I had left. I took the bandage off my hip incision - it looks ugly but no drainage or blood. Am icing it down and can take a shower tonite which I'll do shortly. I like your new page. Have a good Friday Cheryl. Hugs, Wendy

What are your favorite smells? Coffee is one of mine. However, the smell of the seashore brings back some fun memories too. Unless there are dead fish!
Where else can we drift off to that a specific scent would bring back good memories?
We could gallop through a field of flowers in the country! Wouldn't that be fun?
From the wide open spaces to the waterfalls in the forest. That sure has a unique scent to it too.
And yet, not all water smells the same. Rain has a scent of its own and we have had lots of rain lately. As I think to myself, What a Wonderful World.

Had another session of PT today - the lady was real nice and all we did was exercises. She's here about 30 min. Not sure when my next appointment with them will be as I'm doing so good and I don't think there are alot of folks who work for this company. I should be doing these excercises a couple times a day and work up from 10 reps to 20 by next week. Made more sugar water for the hummers and did put what little I had left in one feeder. I'll fix the other two tomorrow. We had thunder roll thru here last nite but I think the rain missed us. Have a good nite. Hugs, Wendy
I have been asleep early the last 2 nights and tomorrow is my day off. Then back to work Friday. I have laundry, bills to pay, yard needs to be mowed but it might still be too wet, groceries to buy... and probably a hundred other things to do tomorrow. Good night and sweet dreams! Pam

Sure hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day iwth your son Cheryl. mine was real nice as our neighbor made us dinner of homemade fettaccuni with hoemade noodles, salad, dressing bread and homemade chocolate chip coookies. Couldn't have been a nicer day. have a relaxing evening. Hugs, Wendy

Got home from the hospital with lots of contraptions inclucing a long shorhorn, a long handlesd spone to wash my feet in the shower as I can't bend over, a grabber, and a big heavy foam square with straps to strap my feet in either side to keep me sleeping on my back. The most pain is from trying to get up from a chair or out of bed. Plus it's hard to left my leg. Other than that I am in no pain at all but I have pain meds to take should I need them. Home PT is coming Monday and I'll do that for a few days but no longer as the best thing I can do is to just walk. Here' wishing you a happy Mother's Day weekend, Cheryl.
