Hi Cheryl - it was another nice day here and will be Tuesday also - in the low 60's but calling for it to be breezy. Just did some housework and laundry then went to the men's VFW meeting - the women support the men and vice versa. Stayed for a while as we were having a good time. Have a great day. Hugs, Wendy

Nicole got first place in shot put very early on Saturday morning, so maybe it was worth getting up that early.
The week before, Michelle won 1st in triple jump, long jump and 100 meter dash and their team won 2nd in the 1600 meter run. So here is to SPRINGTIME and fun!

Rain here today but 69 degrees. Went out this afternoon to get a gift and card for the lady whose surprise party tomorrow nite we'll be going to. At least I won't be empty handed. We'll be eating there and probably at the reception for a friend's son who passed. Haven't done anything else all day although there are things that could be done. Nice that you had lunch with your son and his girlfriend, Cheryl. I got up early this morning and when Rich went to the doctor's I took a nap. Went to a cooking demp at the senior center - it was all about herbs and how to use and gow and store them She made chicken salad using some and I tasted mostly dill. It was really good as there was grapes in it and made with yogurt. Then we went to dinner with the group to a Thai place - I never ate Thai food but what I got was pretty good and I think I'll be back again. It rained last nite and this morning but cleared up later and it was a nice day. Take care and be safe Cheryl. hugs, Wendy

All the animals are out saying Good Morning to each other too.
These two look like our Carly. She chased a bunny rabbit out from under the storage building but it was still faster than she was and got away.
Butterflies are checking out the flowers on our walk today and of course they are both orange.
There are other colors too as these Passion Flowers are showing off. I sure hope you enjoyed our walk and will come again with me soon. Please say a prayer of protection today as Texas is expecting possible tornadoes and hail with our storms moving through.
