No matter what kind of Christmas tree you have or the size of your tree or if you have no tree at all, my prayer is that the Star of Bethlehem shines on you and your loved ones not only at Christmas but all year long. Thank you Jesus for all my friends, family and especially for your LOVE!
I went food shopping today too Cherly. They had everything except muffins and 1/2 & 1/2 at the store I went too. Went to another store after going out to dinner with our friends, and pcked the stuff up there. I like to save money at WalMart, but they are out of too many things that are on our list. It was a rainy day here - off and on and mostly light. It should stop tonite and clear up for tomorrow. There is a luncheon at the senior center tomorrow after an ugly sweater contest - not into that as I don't have one but will do the gift exchange and have a good lunch as it's being catered with good fried chicken and the works. Then we'll have something at the Moos when we go there - a ployanna and a covered dish. I was gonna do a dump cake but honey wants me to make macarroni salad so I'll do the dump cake next week when they have another Christmas thingy! Have a good day tomorrow. hugs, WEndy
What kind of a day did you have? Mine was pretty good! One more day of work this week. Come on Friday!
We have had two days in a row with sunshine and the sky is clear tonight. Temperatures are already dropping and we will be at or below freezing. Boo! Hiss! Is it Spring yet? Oh wait, it is still Fall. I hope you have A ...
This was a whirlwind of a day Cheryl. I did send out some Christma cards and only hung 2 Christmas picture up. Rich doesn't want to thouse decorated as he says we won't be here anyway. But I'v alwways decorated and except for last year, we have been gone. The house looks terrible and maybe that's why I have no Christmas spirit. Have a wonderful day tomorrow. Hugs, Wendy
I still believe in Santa, Magic, Angels and to be Joyful. What about you?
The seminar/Christmas Dinner was wonderful last night. We had 23 clients there. The guest speaker from American Funds or The Capital Group was awesome and everyone seemed much more at ease over their investments after he spoke. The food was very good at Texas Land and Cattle on the Lake. The Christmas tree and two Fireplaces were nicely decorated and very inviting. Oh, and the Christmas Music was perfect. I had fun visiting with our clients and putting faces to the names that I talk to on the phone. Hope you are about ready for Christmas.
I am off today but working a Seminar Christmas Dinner tonight for some of our clients from 6 to 8. Today I will go to work at about 4:30 pm. And guess what... tornado warnings all around us this morning. I just heard thunder and rain! It should be gone by noon. But what do I do right now, well, dance of course! Hubby and I are almost over our sinus infections that went into our chests!
