We are nearing the end of December and the end of 2022. I hope the whole month of December was magic for you and that you enjoyed it to the fullest. As we start a new year, I hope you are ready for the best year of your life. I am excited to be off until Tuesday, January 3rd. I should find out that week how much longer I will be working, probably only a couple more weeks. I'll let you know soon.
HI THERE DEBIJJO, THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENT AND YOUR PAGE IS GREAT. YOU DID A FINE JOB.
WE HAD SOME LOW TEMPS AT NIGHT ALSO. A COUPLE OF NIGHTS BEFORE CHRISTMAS MY BED WAS WET AND LOOKED ALL OVER, COULDN'T SEE ANYTHING TILL I LOOKED UP AND THE CEILING WAS ALL WET IWTH WATER STAINS. A PIPE HAD BURST IN AN APARRTMENT ONE ABOVE AND ONE OVER FROM ME. WHAT A MESS. LADY ABOVE ME GOT THE WORST BUT I AM NOT FAR BEHIND. ONLY GOOD THING IS I WILL GET A PAINT JOB OUT OF IT WHICH IT DESPERATELY NEEDS. SO NOT ALL IS LOST.
I AM SURE YOU HANDS WERE COLD GOING WITH ALL THOSE PARCELS AND UP THE STEPS TO GET TO WORK. MY GOODNESS YOU HAVE A MARATHONE EVERY DAY WHEN YOU GO TO WORK. TAKES YOU A LONG TIME TOO DIDN'T REALIZE IT WAS SO FAR AWAY AND THE TRAVELLING YOU HAVE TO DO. JUST TAKE CARE DRIVING, IT CAN BE SO AWFUL WITH SNOW ON THE ROADS.
I KNOW HOW YOU WILL MISS YOUR MOM AND ESPECIALLY AT CHRISTMAS AND OTHER DAYS THAT ARE IMPORTANT . JUST HANG IN THERE DEBIJO, IT TAKES SOMETIME BUT IT WILL GET BETTER, WE NEVER FORGET BUT IT DOES GET BETTER. WITH LOVE TO YOU MY FRIEND AND WISH YOU ALL THE BEST IN THE NEW YEAR TO COME. LOVE AND HUGS, MOE XX
I hope you are just enjoying the view with a hot cup of coffee in your hand. I don't think I will be going on a picnic any time soon. I would not even go outside and get the mail if we didn't have to check on the chickens next door and get their mail. Ok, now you see the real me drinking hot coffee all day long.
Whether big or little... whether snow or glow... The moment you start acting like life is a Blessing it starts feeling like one. I hope your day is full of joy and love.
just a note to say hello and wish you a happy weekend... Last weekend before Christmas so I'm sure it will be a busy one for those who aren't quite ready. I pretty much finished up my shopping after work yesterday, worked 9 1/2 hrs and shopped for 3 1/2. I was a little wore out by the time I got home lol..
Anyway, I do hope you enjoy your weekend. Take care, stay warm and safe~~~ debijo
wow you had a very long day that day. I know your feet were tired too lol. I was behind on Christmas totally this year as I have just come back from my daughter's wedding in Florida. I sure did know Christmas was coming but had so much travel planning to do I couldn't do it all. And thar is how it goes sometimes. Hope you are all ready for the big day now and that it is a great one for you. Big hugs, Jackie
Do you hear something? Could it be Santa bringing me a bicycle? Or is it the boy and his dog from down the street? I hope it isn't that silly calf from the field behind our house. What do you want this year?
Is your Christmas tree inside or outside or both? If you love to decorate and DIY, here is a cute decoration for Christmas, seperated or stacked up with a hat on top. Cat lover or Dog lover, we all have our upside down clowns in the family. Wishing you and your family the merriest of Christmas with family and friends. Thank you Jesus for all my friends as you shower them with Blessings.
WELL... I know we are not the coldest place right now but our temperature dropped 25° in 10 minutes. We started at above 50° this morning and we are now 14° feels like -4°. We have had 40-50 MPH winds with a steady 25 mph or higher. And bubba, for Texas, this is extra cold for December as we are usually 50° to about 82° on Christmas. Even in late January and February we are not this cold. In Mexico City it is 72° right now, as it is just about year round! Did I mention that I don't like cold weather? When I got home from work today, we took warm water to the chickens next door (babysitting them) as their water is FROZEN and will be until sometime hopefully on Sunday. At least I am off until Tuesday. Only 87 days, 6 hours, 44 minutes and 21 seconds until SPRING... but who's counting.
There is a difference between dogs and cats. Dogs will lovingly pose for pictures and let you dress them up. Cats get scared when the Christmas tree just falls down and they want to show you love.
Hello dear friend, I will be away for a few days... May you be immensely happy this Christmas, and may the new year fill you with blessings! Hugs and kisses
