As you will begin a new week, I pray that the challenges you face will not knock y
May only great and wonderful blessings of the day visit you and dwell with you all day. This Monday will be great if you start it with happiness and love
start the new week with joy and happiness in your heart
Sun is shining; temperatures are warming up; weekend was magnificent; and blessings are headed your way. We enjoyed our 41st anniversary by visiting with our granddaughters. They made a great lunch for us of pasta chicken salad and potstickers. Also got to watch Nicole teach Michelle about Shot-Put and Discus and show us her techniques.
I won't be here much this week, but I look forward to hearing from you and catching up with you when I have a minute or two.
YOUR PAGE IS WONDERFUL CUTE LITTLE MICE ETC. GREAT JOB. DOESN'T NEED ANYTHING ELSE. WHERE DID YOU GET IT FROM.? WILL GET TO YOUR COMMENT LATER ON. LOVE AND HUGS, MOE
I may have started with a spring in my step, but... 4 hour later there isn't any spring left. And we only worked in the front yard, the easy stuff. We cut back Crepe Myrtles, cleaned out some flower beds, trimmed rose bushes. Doesn't really look like much except for the trash bags waiting for pick up. There is so much dead stuff after our deep freeze. So now I guess you know what is next.
Gosh I hope you don't overdo the weekend with too much fun and end up like us!
Mark another week off the calendar and closer to spring. Gosh I hope you have had a fabulous week. Just a heads up that next week I have to work Wednesday thru Friday, so you won't hear a lot from me. But I will check in when I have time. I'm excited to have lunch with a friend on Tuesday that I haven't seen in a year. So next week is shaping up to be lots of fun.
So we are getting close to the weekend... and closer to Spring! Getting ready to go buy dog food at the feed store and maybe pick up some BBQ on the way home. If it will dry up a little more we will have to mow (vacuum up weeds) on our 3/4 acre, around and around all the trees I keep planting.
It is a sad, sad day. All 7 of my big plants did not survive the cold with no electricity for days in Texas.
Above is my Gardenia and below are my lemon trees.
The lemons are soft and squishy. Only one came off easily, meaning it is ready. When you cut into it, it is pulled away from the rind but it smells amazing. So it will be a lemonade kind of day. We do have beautiful bright sunshine and not a cloud in the sky. Temperatures are mid 60's.
So here I am wishing you the best middle of the week possible. Share that smile!
