Guess who is heading to Texas? I really don't know how some of you survive the cold weather. Really don't know! We are 46, overcast, drizzing rain and it is miserable. And we have lows in the 20's coming for a 7-10 day stay. I love the 90's and am ready for late spring to get here. And I know some of you wonder how we survive our heat. So I'm here just to say
Last night my youngest granddaughter called me to share her exciting news. She has 4 chickens she has raised from baby chicks and just got her first 2 eggs. She will be 12 in 2 weeks. She loves all animals and is a pretty good Whisperer. She wants to be a Vet.
As you may know, I love taking pictures. This morning it was dark when I got up... so I had to wait for clouds to thin out in order to get the burning bush picture above. And even that was about 5 pictures. I love the way God paints the morning and evening sky.
And you have to be patient (not my strong suit) and keep watching. This was about 45 minutes later. I hope you enjoy my pictures. I never tire of taking and sharing them. My hubby says, "Yes, I've seen the moon before."
Happy Tuesday and Happy Groundhog Day! They said Ole Phil saw his shadow & we'd have 6 more weeks of Winter weather. It's 45 days til Spring π·πΊπΈπΌπΉπ and I can't wait!
How is your week going? We have been having cool mornings but the days are nice. Got sheets on spare bed, plants watered, and birdseed in feeder. Backing up everything on second WD my passport after all I do have a few pictures.
And the sunrise was beautiful this morning!
I did finish a wonderful Christian Fiction book this morning by Julianne MacLean. And I am halfway through a Hallmark Signed, Sealed and Delivered movie from last night. I love feel good books and movies. Now I'm going to finish some chores, including cooking a late lunch, so I can finish my movie this evening. Enjoy your day and share your smile with someone. Blessings & Hugs coming to you from me.
Thanks so much for stopping by my page and leaving comments and keeping me up to date. About every 6 weeks, we have friends that come over on a Friday evening. Usually we get the guys to go pick up food after everyone arrives. But this Friday, Keith said he would fix lasagna if someone would bring salad and bread. DONE! Oh my, can he cook! We laughed so hard sitting around the table after dinner for about 4 hours telling tales on each other. Our adopted family, William and his parents, decided to spend the night. Actually, they spent 2 nights. What a wonderful long weekend. Now I am going to finish reading your comments.
