Good afternoon, I hope you are having a good one. Its another cloudy and drizzly day here. I would much rather see the sun. I have been in a lot of pain lately. I think I have a heel spur on my right foot. I have had these before many years ago. I went to a doctor and he put cortisone shot in both of my heels. And I got some special insoles for my shoes that the doctor made for me. I ordered some Plantar Fascia compression sleeves this morning, it will be probably a week before I get them. I found some at Walmart. Didn't notice until I got home that I got a size to big. But hopefully they will help until the other ones come in the mail.
