Hello Lorri. Our THanksgiving was back in October in Canada. Nothing special here this weekend except the cold weather. Had a dump of snow that started Monday night till about 3 PM. and turned to some rain after that. Glad to hear you had a good time. Hugs. Joe!!!!!!

Some of the grandsons are coming over with Mommy in afew days to help Grammie decorate the Christmas tree. We will have a glorious time and of course Grammie will have hot chocolate with marshmallows for them to enjoy along with some Christmas cookies.

it's been a long day so far...last night my parrot got outside, it took me until 3oclock this morning to find him, thank god i got his wings cliped so he could'nt fly very far. i have been using warm towels on him all day, looks like he will be alright...he's in his cage with his sister eating now...not really sure how he got out, i probably accidently left his cage unlocked, and when i went out to fill up the bird feeders he snnuck out..i was so scared he would'nt make it, he was so cold..i've had him since i was in college...love him so much...well enough of my drama, hope your day went well, and you have a nice evening...hugs

What a joy it is to receive cards from friends during the month of December and even into January. Getting ready for Christmas? I need to put my tree up pretty soon, seems I'm slow at doing that this year. I used to put it up about a week before Christmas, but everyone likes it up early now. ha ha. Stay warm. Have a wonderful week.
