Not a great movie buff, but some of the movies that stand out in my mind are "Fried Green Tomatoes", "An Officer And A Gentleman", "Steel Magnolias", "Shrek"... hee hee.

Of course I'm into the oldies music of the 50s and 60s. But I also like some jazz, country, and classical. I just like music!

Love a good mystery... I have read many of the John Grisham books and have started reading the Janet Evanovich series. Right now though I'm reading "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" by John Berendt. It's a non-fiction novel about the people of Savannah and it's culture in years past. I had a chance to visit Savannah this past summer and fell in love with it.

I was pretty much a blue person for a long time, but now I have taken a shine to pink. I also like earth tones, the greens and beiges.

Guess I was born with an addiction to carbohydrates. I LOVE pasta! It's my comfort food I guess. And I'm a great lover of seafood. As far as the meat family goes, chicken rates at the top of my list. So many ways to fix it.

I am a 64 yr. old married mother of 2 grown sons and grandmother of 2 beautiful granddaughters. I was born in Cleveland, OH, and have my home in Mentor, OH. However, due to my husband's current job situation, we had to relocate to Newnan, GA, for work. However, we are going home in June sometime to semi-retire.

We do like it here in Georgia, but it's not home. We were looking forward to our first "warm" winter though. They say it doesn't snow here. However ...

Hmmmmm... it was a pretty cold winter here in GA this year! LOL But at least we didn't have 80 inches of snow here. Not looking forward to the snow shovel next winter. But it's time to move on. If we weren't 750 miles away from the kids and grandkids, we could easily retire here.

It's been a great experience for sure!
