Tuesday for us means Taco Plates and errands!  Woo Hoo!

Spring means all kinds of birds.  I have hundreds of videos from our Bird Ring Cam but have yet to catch a hummingbird at the feeder on my iPhone.

When they are at the feeder, by the time I get my phone, get the camera app open and zoom in, they have zoomed away.

They are the most adorable creatures and most of the time they are in our area even though they fly from Mexico to Canada.

Don't forget to plant things that the hummingbirds love to keep them around as well as a feeder full of sugar water, 4 cups water to 1 cup sugar.

It is a new week and what do you have planned?

Sometimes this is a hard thing to do, just to have faith that everything will work out to your best interest.

Friends are there to help you along the way.

Do the right thing and be there to help others along the way.

Follow your heart and share kindness and love wherever you go.

Blessings & Hugs!  Pam

Enjoying a cold weekend day this Saturday!

So what are you doing this Caturday?

Remember:  Laughter is the best medicine!!!

Sometimes when you are stuck inside wishing for sunshine and Spring temperatures you have to entertain yourself.

Don't paint yourself into a corner, paint a pretty picture to share with someone.

Remember, you can be anything you want to be.  Blessings & Hugs!  Pam

Tuesday, our Tacos & Run Errands Day.  We got 16 bags of mulch yesterday on sale but they will have to wait until the coming weekend.  I am working on Wednesday because they will all be at a meeting.

Spotting the Blimp yesterday reminded me how much I love Hot Air Balloons.  We have been to Plano to watch them and it will be time this summer for the Festival again.

Just imagine up in the air and no one else around.  Peace and solitude.

Or lots of other beautiful balloons all around you!

And looking down or off in the distance at all things God has created.

Up Up and Away!  I will be back on Thursday!  Blessings & Hugs!  Pam

What a weekend!  Thank goodness Monday is here.  We worked in the yard this weekend but we are NOT finished.

However, all the strawberries on all the 5 plants have been eaten.

On Saturday, our homemade greenhouse got completely cleaned out.  Plants got trimmed and dead leaves thrown away.  Yes, I may have gotten a little "pink" after over 6 hours as it was just above 90°.

But so many plants are blooming including all 5 of our Rose bushes.

And most everything else has lots of buds like all my different colors of Amaryllis.  I can't wait to see which colors bloom first.

Yes, all the plants got to go back under the shade that the lattice provides on Sunday.  Next is buying 20 bags of mulch to be put down.

And thank you for those that ask about Reba.  She is still going in and out of the Doggie Door on her own.  Blessings & Hugs!  Pam

Thankful Thursday is here and I have a lot to be thankful for today.

I think we grew up in the best era ever!  What fun we had outside roaming the neighborhoods with each other.

I am very thankful that I did NOT have to drive over that bridge to work or EVER for that matter.

As I have aged, there are a lot more simple things that I enjoy.  Thankful for things that may not be perfect but still work most of the time... sight, hearing, smelling, walking... you know, the basics.

Today we are in the low 90's.  We only had one ice storm this year.  Yes, many of you have had a terrible winter and you are always welcome in Texas.

My that is awful that your husband broke his back. How devastating.

I am 87 and seeming healthy till this. I have a terrible time sleeping and just have no energy to do anything. I just take one day at a time.Good that you can still do the outside work, I sure couldn't..  Here is my email address if you would like it  ryrypoo@wowway.com

I will pray for you till the 9th of May and then till you get back on here and says everything is good.

Thats good you are healthy.  I am too. So far.  Oh yes, I get pretty worn out quickly myself.  But like you, I do what I can.  hee hee.

Thank you for your email. I will send you one, my real name is Sandy.  I liked Sara for a name and thats why I use it on here.

I think as we get older we can't sleep very good.  First time in a very long time my husband slept 8 hours.  With his broken back hes usually in too much pain to sleep.  But God is helping it heal.

My email is Birdsforever70@gmail.com

Hello Sara, Nice to get a little note from you. I hardly am on here anymore but I saw I had something from you. I am trusting God for my upcoming surgery on May 9th. I have to have both ovaries out as there is a cyst on one . I am nervous, but trusting God for the outcome.

Yes, my grandson was a marine served in Iraq. I thank God that he came back in one piece,, so many didn't. So much to be thankful for..

Hugs, Margie

Good morning Marjorie, Nice to get your note, guess its called comment.  hee hee.  Yes, that operation sounds scary, but glad you have God in your corner.  He will take care of you and I will be sure to pray for a good outcome.

I worked outside yesterday till I thought I would drop.,  ha ha.  Trying to do my husbands work.  He broke his back and he can't do much but walk around and then for only a little while.  So I been trying to keep up with his outside work.  I'm good and healthy so I can do it, but not for long.  At 82 I slow down quick.  ha ha.

Thanks for your comment, I loved it.  Take care now and btw, I like your page.

Hi Marjorie, been a long time since I posted on my friends pages.

Nice to hear your grandson joined the Marines for 4 years then got out safely.  I have 2 grandsons both in the Marines for 8 years on the oldest one and only 2 for the youngest grandson.  He got hurt training so he didnt spend his whole time in.

Nice, very nice page and I am looking for the return of our Lord, waiting, listening for the sound of the trumpet.

Your friend, Sara
