Happy Thursday!

The last day of April and we are still getting showers!  

While we were blessed not to have any damage, I can't say the same for others in the North Central Texas area.  I hope you haven't had any bad storms!  

The rain doesn't come in colors but rainbows do.  We are ready for beautiful rainbows now.  

There is standing water after each shower with puddles just waiting for me!  

I will say the grass is green and it really needs mowing.  We almost can't see the dogs in it.  I hope you have enjoyed a month with just the right amount of rain!  Blessings & Hugs!  Pam

Wednesday is another day with possible rain on and off.  

When you are gathering up things for a rainy day, don't forget an umbrella.  

You can't always be lucky enough to find one along the way.  However, this one doesn't look like it will keep you very dry in the blowing wind and rain.  

Maybe you will find a friend that will share it with you!  

If you do have your own umbrella, then kick up your heels and have some fun.  I still do this barefoot going to the mailbox on a rainy day.  

Also if you have one, don't forget kindness and share it with others.  

Tuesday is for Tacos on the Beach this week!  

Palm Trees swaying in the breeze.  Can you hear the water lapping on the beach?  

Turtles are swimming in the clear water checking you out!  

As night starts to fall the temperatures begin to cool.  

Always be on the lookout for jelly fish especially as it begins to get dark.  

Lightning off in the distance gives you time to pack up and head for cover.  Hope you had a fun time dreaming of the beach!  

Here we are!  We are up and ready to face Monday!  

The sun is up and it is time to get a move on the day!  

Don't forget to share a hug and a kiss and show some love.  

No matter how far apart we are, we all need to love each other.  

Be sure to take time to smell the flowers that are blooming this Spring.

The weekend is very close and today is going to be awesome.  Shall we go for a ride on horses today and see what we can see.  

That's right!  Friday!  Everyday is awesome!  Dogs are awesome too!  

And everyday is unique.  Just look at those horns!  You know I love Longhorns!  

Have you ever seen a dragonfly up close?  I bet the wind really pushes them around.  

On the other end of the scale, I bet the wind doesn't move elephants at all.  

I wonder what it feels like to spread your wings and see where the wind takes you.  Enjoy the ride and the day to the max.  

Happy Thursday!  It is voting time for our city and county elections.  

So many don't realize how important this is but these people make decisions in your community.  

This is where many get their start and go on to higher offices.  

Then you get a background on how they vote and if they really have a heart for the people.  

We have talked to the candidates and tried to learn about their hearts.  

In just a couple of weeks, we will be voting for a runoff election for state candidates.  We have always been very active voters.  

Wednesday and the days fly by!  

How many different birds are there?  Each is different and so are we!  

They come in all sizes and shapes and so do we!  

God LOVES each and every one of them as He does us without favoritism!  

He provides us with shelter, food, drink, and all that we need.  

Be grateful and give thanks for all we have belongs to Jesus!  Blessings & Hugs!  Pam

Monday is here again!  It should be a beautiful day full of love and smiles.  

Isn't it amazing how each of God's creations is so unique and different?  

Jesus knows you before you are born and loves you!  

I hope you know that He danced the day you were born!  

No matter how old you are, Jesus still loves everything about you!  

I love reading all the stories that God gave us to read.  Spend a quiet day reading and it will make your day peaceful and fill you with joy!  Blessings & Hugs!  Pam

I love finding new roads and seeing where they lead me.  Hope your Saturday is an adventure too!  

Did you ever get to ride in a station wagon growing up?  Was the back seat facing the front or looking out the back of the car?  

Did you ever have a convertible?  We rented one when we flew into Dallas one year in the middle of a very hot summer!  You couldn't even touch the steering wheel with the top down without burning your hands.  

We still love the real old vehicles.  We enjoy the car shows and looking at all the different years and brands.  

I can't imagine having a car that looks that good that does not run.  But I do love flowers a lot and think this is an eye turner for sure.  

As we get older, we just want a car that gets us where we want to go and a house that doesn't need repairs.  We put down 8 more bags of mulch so a house with flower beds looks less inviting too!  Hope you enjoy your weekend!
