I don't read as much as I used to mainly since I discovered the computer,LOL,but used to enjoy fiction realated to the supernatural (ie.ghost stories & what not)

Welllll lets see,I was born in Watseka Illinois,I married when I was 17 to my husband of 32 yrs,he passed away in 2005.I had 2 sons ages 31 & 33 but lost my oldest in 2007.He & his wife both served 4 yrs in the Marine Corps which is where they met & I am extremely proud of them both. My heart goes out to all Military & their families.He had P.T.S.D.(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)which I believe greatly contributed to his death even though it was recorded as "Heart Disease" He was my best friend & I miss him tremendously.
I have 5 grandchildren,3 boys & 2 girls.I'm blessed to be close to my youngest son & family which is technically the only family I have left.My oldest son's wife & children are in Florida but we still stay in close touch & I miss them very much.
I have lived in Oregon for the past 31 yrs & have never regretted a single day of it,I love it here.I am part Cherokee from my mom's side & my dad only claimed the Irish,probably a little of this & little that,who knows for sure anymore?
I have a lung disease known as COPD so don't do as much as I once did but still try to enjoy the things I can,I have a small house on the edge of town where my little dog Waya & I live very happily.
I try to treat people the way I myself would like to be treated with kindness,compassion,respect & honesty.I'm a firm believer in "What goes around comes around" so take care in what you do & say.
Hummmm well I guess that's pretty much it for now.....

I like being out in nature settings listening to its sounds & songs,I love animals,children & good natured people,the sunshine on my face & wind in my hair,gazing at a beautiful sunset,the ocean,mountains,sitting on my front porch on a warm summer evening,being with my Grandchilren & son & much,much more to numerous to mention....

People who are mean spirited & malicious,liars,cheaters,thieves,people who think they are better than others & look down on them because of financial status or beliefs,abuse in any form

The computer,used to love dancing but don't get the chance much anymore,reading occasionly,crocheting(once in a blue moon,LOL)
