I enjoy most food provided I don't have to cook it.
I have been a teacher for the last 23 years and I love my job. I am the mother of four sons who have all grown up and left the coop. I have been blessed with seven wonderful grandchildren.
Late 2008 I decided to get myself a pet, now that I have stopped the frequent travelling all over the country and purchased a lovely cockatiel who I have named manu. Not long after I acquired/ or rescued an Eastern Rosella who was in a miserable state but is improving daily. Just before christmas my Bichon puppy was ready to come home and so now my house is full again - and I love it.
WHAT I LIKE
I enjoy reading, watching CSI type programmes, spending time with my family,pets and singing.
I love the vibrant colours in nature - plants, flowers trees and birds. I am interested and concerned for our environment and believe that we have a responsibility to look after it, as guardians for future generations.
WHAT I DON'T LIKE
Cold winter weather.Rude, ignorant and selfish attitudes. Shopping - Really don't like the hussle and bustle of the crowds. I would rather shop online and have it delivered to my door.
The older I get the quicker time seems to pass me by.There never seems to be enough hours in a day.
HOBBIES
I love creating new resources on the computer so I'm one of the fortunate people who can combine my hobbie with my job.
