It was the summer of 1995. We were staying at our lake cabin in Minnesota when a severe and terrifying thunderstorm ravaged the lake in the night. The next morning, I was outside looking at all the devastation; dozens of beautiful old pine trees were tossed like toothpicks out of the ground, boats and docks were flipped like toys, homes were damaged. FYI - Where to be During an Earthquake Remember that stuff about hiding under a table or standing in a doorway? Well, this guy has a completely reverse opinion.This is very interesting, different from what we were all taught. Boy! Is this ever an eye opener.
