ABOUT ME
Born and raised in England. Before taking early retirement after working 25 years as a steward on the ferries out of Dover to Calais, I Moved to Canada in 1999 after marrying a Canadian. Divorced in 2007, but now in a good and happy relationship. I became a Canadian citizen in 2005. I was born British, but now I am Canadian by choice. I have no children of my own, but I feel truly blessed to have been adopted as a grandpa by three wonderful kids. I enjoy the little pleasures that each new day brings and thank the Lord for giving me the day to enjoy them.
I consider everyone on the Hill to be my friend. Sadly, I do not have as much time as I would like to spend on the Hill, I will accept Friends Requests, but time may only allow me to make contact with you by way of Bulletins and infrequent visits.
WHAT I LIKE
Considerate people. Living in a small town where it's not unusual to see deer walking down the middle of the main street. Cats... I have two and a couple of wannabes... Live theatre and home town sports. Making some noise for the hometown boys.
WHAT I DON'T LIKE
People who drive while talking on a cell phone. Ham, spinach and squash.
HOBBIES
Cooking... creating a fusion of Asian and Mediterranean tastes in stir frys and stews and taking baby steps in baking. Reading. Computer jigsaw puzzles. Volunteer work...
