IF ALL FALLS APART, I WILL KNOW DEEP IN MY HEART THE ONLY DREAM THAT MATTERED HAD COME TRUE- IN THIS LIFE I WAS LOVED BY YOU.
"How well he fell asleep!
Like some proud river, widening toward the sea:
Calmly and grandly, silently and deep,
Life joined eternity".

ALL PORTRAITS IN MY GALLERY WERE DONE BY JAMES WITHOUT PENCIL, HE USED FRENCH STUBS ONLY.

I was born the eldest of a family of 5 - 3 boys and 2 girls. We lived in a small town where you didn't have to lock the doors !! My first job was as a telephone operator, in the days when we asked "Number Please" - I worked after that as a Nurse's Aide in a Tuberculosis Sanatarium where I saw so many suffering from the Mustard Gas in the first World War. They had also contracted Tuberculosis - from there I worked for a taxi company where I was a dispatcher. Then it was on to an optometrist and a foot Dr.for some years. After that to the Bank where I spent many years moving up the ladder - I then was an administrator for a large Medical Clinic, with 22 Dr.'s and 70 staff
I am now a widow missing my hubby for the past4 years. We were friends for 65 years and married for 30 of them. I belong to a prayer group here in Canada and pray for those in need - be it for health, unemployment- stress - mental issues. My hubby and I used to play in the symphony orchestra - he bassoon and I the cello. We made beautiful music to-gether - I miss his enthusiasm for life - his smile - his kindness and his love. I have a 49 year old son and a 23 year old grandson and see them whenever I can.

I love all forms of Nature, the sea, mountains, trees, animals - Sun in the morning and snow on a winter's day ( hard to come by here on the West coast ) people who are genuine, loving and peaceful. People with great ideas that are or have been a benefit to mankind - if only I could meet them - The sound of a robin singing - flowers and beautiful music. Walking and Reading

Easter

I dislike loud and crude people, injustice of any kind, argumentative people

Ladies

I love to play the cello, collecting old postcards, some bird watching - seeing and studying the architecture of old buildings and chimneys.

Hello Moe,  my friend, so pleased that you had a good time with your son. I just have to laugh when you mentioned, hope I'm having a lovely day. LOL. Lots of mixture of happenings in Homecare. Everything else we are getting there, finding that Tom & I need a break & sometime to ourselves without anyHomecare around us. You take care my dear friend, I will try & find time to reply to your email.

Your page is lovely Moe, I have not seen this layout before, very very pretty.  I like your additions to the page as well.  I have not been online much, My youngest daughter has a problem with her back and our grandson is getting married this weekend so I have been rather busy and no time to visit and leave messages. I've spent the night with my youngest 2 nights this week, she hurt her back last year and it has had a flare up this week.  Sending much love,,,,,,,,Jean
