Why do Fridays feel so different? Just knowing that the weekend is upon us makes us go crazy.
You might be surprised to know how close that is to the truth. Or you might not be surprised.
So what are you doing today or this weekend that makes you Happy??? We have been watching Pre-Season Football and are anxiously awaiting College Football.
I hope you will be silly & happy and have some fun. Maybe you could call a friend and check on them. Tell them a story from the past and laugh out loud together. After all...

Hi Lorri, nice to hear from you..Been the care taker of my hubby. He has had both his shoulders replaced. So its kept me busy, trying to do some of his work outside too. But he is getting along so won't be long till he will be back to almost normal again. He never will have the use of his arms like he used to, but at least he isn't in any more pain.
Other then that, I am good. Sure was nice hearing from you. It has cooled off some here too, down to the low 90s. ha ha.
What can we get into on this fine Thursday? You know we are closing in on another weekend.
We could go to the beach and watch the water ebb and flow as the sun comes up to begin the day.
How about a sail boat ride under the Golden Gate Bridge? I guess California, Nevada and other states are still dealing with Hillary so maybe that isn't a good idea.
Not sure if it is still this beautiful, but Crater Lake is so much fun to ride around on motorcycles. We did that many years ago.
I grew up in South Texas near Corpus Christ and it is beautiful. They got rain from Harold this week and what a Blessing it was for them.
The rain was still 300+ miles from us but all of Texas has been needing the rain. Our turn will be soon. Please keep praying for us to get a nice gentle rain. Now let's do a Rain Dance, please.
Wednesday is starting off slow. I need more coffee. Do I really have to get out of bed today? I love watching a good movie in the late evenings and then reading some in my latest book.
Some days are purrfect to just stay in bed and read a good book like... How to Kill a Mockingbird or How to Catch a Mouse.
Now you know why we don't have a cat. However, we do have dogs that don't like anything to be in their backyard, squirrels, bunnies, birds, mice, rats or anything that moves.
Good thing hummingbirds are very small and very fast and our dogs have never caught one of them.
So on this "middle of the week", stay in bed, read a good book, and don't worry about anything else. If you can get away with that!
