After coffee, let's take a trip outside today.  What shall we explore?  

Oh look!  Birds have laid eggs.  Babies are hatching.  "I am all alone!  I am hungry!  Where are you?"  

"Stop yelling!  I am here now.  I am working as fast as I can to feed you!"  

"How many are in there?  How can you all be hungry at the same time?"  

"I think I found a new home for us."  Have you seen any babies yet this Spring?  

Our neighbor next door has been sharing the new family of birds (eggs to hatchlings) that need a new home instead of in their security camera.  Can't wait to find out what kind of birds!  

But maybe their old home was turned into a flower pot.  Great ideas for tea pots, don't you think?  I do hope you enjoy my rants.  I love you all.

Or I might wear this one if it is a dreary day when we go grocery shopping.  

Do you think this one would be good if I go to Brighton to pick up my key fob?  

I don't think it really matters how you look or what you wear as long as you show kindness, caring and love to others.  Enjoy today and every day!

Saturday we went to Kelly's (FA at Ed Jones) for a crawfish boil with her family and friends.  Sunday we went to Wayne's (my son) to see our girls.  Great time was had by all on both days and we had some sun shine both days.  We are Blessed!!!

Happy Caturday!  Easter is tomorrow and don't you just love the colors of Easter?

After the whites of winter, it just puts joy in my heart to see the beautiful colors of spring. 

And to see the flowers "spring up" out of nowhere from the year before is truly amazing!  

Even the Koi fish come up from the bottom of the pond to show off their colors.  

I tell you Easter is my favorite time of year.  

 It is so much fun to paint eggs and to dye them too.  

And since eggs cost so much now let's go find some eggs.  After all, chickens lay all different colors of eggs.  

I am looking for the CHOCOLATE eggs, how about you?

Hello, happy Good Friday!! Hope you are doing well. Hopefully you are enjoying some nice Spring weather.  It is a little slow coming here in Oregon, but hopefully soon. I think they are calling for some sunshine and a little warmer for the weekend so we shall see. Kind of getting tired of all the rain and cold weather.  The lawn is growing like a weed but have yet to get out and mow cause it has been so wet. Just a few days of warm sun would be nice to dry it out a bit.

Easter is about the journey Jesus took all the way to the cross.  From being loved to being spit on and what He did for us.

Is there anything more magical than a butterfly?  

Have you ever put a caterpillar in a net Habitat and watched it change into a butterfly?  

Don't laugh... How old is your driver's license picture?  I guess that is why we have to go in person and have a new picture taken every now and then.  

I love seeing how many different colored butterflies I can spot in a day or sometimes it takes me a week to find different ones.  

But again, isn't it magical to see them and even more special to have them land on you.  Do you smell sweet enough to have them land on you?  

Oh look... There is a bee too!

We started the morning at 5 am at 77° and we are now 52° and still dropping.  

I guess we are all in agreement with that statement.  We had a thunderstorm and LOTS of lightning beginning way before daylight as the cold front came through.   

One again, we were blessed.  We were on the very edge and only got 2/10" of rain this morning.  

Spring is here and there are some plants that are showing us their beautiful colors.  However, it is so windy that any tulips that have come up are probably laying on the ground now. 

Sunshine one day and a cold north wind the next.  We have been above 90 and will be back in the 40's for several nights.  

All we can do is share our smile with everyone we meet.  I will be working tomorrow before the long weekend starts on Good Friday.  See you soon.
