Oh what a beautiful Thursday and Friday it is in the DFW area.
The colors of Autumn are my most favorite colors!
Don't stay inside if you are having great temperatures. Get out and smell Fall.
It is a perfect day to go for a drive and maybe a pumpkin patch to find just the right ones.
Don't forget to share your love of this beautiful season and life with everyone you meet. Lots of Prayers for everyone in the path of the storm. I will see you on Saturday.
Tuesday is always a fun day. If we have any errands for the week we run them on Tuesday then pick up Tacos before we come back home.
Do you ever come home to this? We are blessed with our 3 smaller dogs for the most part.
Lots of times when we come home, Carly is outside staring up at the trees looking for squirrels.
Reba doesn't hear much anymore but Carly and J Lo love to bark especially when someone rings the doorbell.
None of our dogs are biters but our granddog, the 2-3 pound Lily, was known as "A Man Ankle Biter". Now she doesn't have many teeth left and has mellowed with age.
Very few dogs are perfect even though as their owners we like to think they are and the love we get from them is the best thing ever.
Monday has broken, like the first morning. Blackbird has spoken, like the first word. Praise for the singing, praise for the morning. Praise for the Fall!!! I know, now you will be singing that song all day! hehehe
Finally, Fall has shown up in Texas with Rain too. Our temperature is 75° and we have had over an inch of rain since just before 4 am.
I left the door open for Fall and the rainboots by the door just in case of a sudden downpour or a light sprinkle. And it worked!
Faith! I believed we would get rain! It worked!!!
Remember September, we didn't want you to leave without cooler weather so the leaves will begin to change colors and rain so fall plants will bloom. Yippee Yahoo!
Let's get this season started. After all, football is going strong! I have been outside for about 2 hours enjoying the rain.
Are you ready for Thankful Thursday? Do you have a list of things? I surely do!
Keep adding to that list and counting your Blessings every day. It grows much quicker than the Trials list.
Even if you think you have problems, God might change them into Blessings in the near future!
Rain can be a problem and or a Blessing. Maybe it isn't about you but your neighbor or your friend that needs it.
After all, look what happens after the rain is gone. It may take a week or two or a lifetime for God to show you the Blessings. Or you may never know because it was about someone else receiving the Blessing.
A smile is a nice way to start this Tuesday and every day until you realize...
You don't ever just ignore that feeling, do you? Me either!
But sometimes, I just get up and go outside to look at the flowers and talk to the critters.
I love to watch Hummingbirds with my iPad opened to my latest Kindle book.
Why does anyone want to clean inside when there is so much to see and do outside?
However, on days where the humidity is 90% (like yesterday), I might rush through a few inside chores so I can get back here on the computer just to see you and say...
