It's a beautiful Tuesday in my part of North Carolina. I just love the sunshine. Makes cold temperatures feel not so bad and makes one's heart cheery. Hope your day is filled with sunshine and cheerfulness.
I changed the pictures on my page to share my family from December. Then I thought I would share with you a screenshot of the video of my girls being pulled behind the SUV with the back open. My son, at age 56 last month, will forever be 12 years old. The girls tell him that he is not old enough to drive. They have done this for many years. They live on a dead end street now. They have been learning to drive since they had a small Barbie Car. Then as they got older, they would sit in his lap and drive. When they could reach the pedals, in winter he would take them to empty business parking lots when it snows and teach them how to drive in it. They are 16 (next month) and 17 years old now. Their Dad has made sure they have had fun their entire life. Quote, "Homework will be there later, come outside now!"
Hello, I've been running around everywhere today. It's been a crazy day. And breezy too. Went to Walmart and got groceries, visited with my son for a little while, went to another store to find a coat that wouldn't be to hot for me. Then went and got the car washed. Came home and got the groceries out of the car. Didn't get them all put away and had to go and get a prescription that I had refilled. Have laundry going right now. I've been running around like a chicken with its head cut off. lol I hope you have had a good day. Mine has been good. Just wish my heel didn't bother me. The cold air isn't helping it at all. Thankfully my day started with much motivation (don't ask me why!) and I've gotten some things tackled, Pam. Why can't all days begin with a strong will and desire to kick the day's butt? Drama on the deck. Let my dog Jasper out on the deck & noticed about 40 blackbirds in the bare maple tree. They were eyeing the hawk sitting atop the evergreen next to them. It is still lightly snowing today. Hope your week is off to a good start!🌲
