Good afternoon Pam it's a beautiful day in our neck of the woods 74* and later this week it might hit 80* yesterday for supper we had a recipe on the back of our egg noodles for ranch style noodles /w Ham and I read the recipe and we had everything for it it called for a 12 oz. bag of egg noodles 1/4 C butter or margarine a 16 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 2 C fully cooked ham cubes 1 C ea. sour cream & ranch dressing cook noodles according to pkg directions drain in a Lg skillet over medium-high heat melt butter add vegetables and cook stirring frequently until vegetables are tender(6-8mins.)add ham cook stirring frequently until ham cubes are hot(2-3 mins.) stir in sour cream & ranch dressing cook over low heat stirring frequently until sauce is melted smooth & hot pour hot noodles into a serving bowl pour vegetables & ham mixture over noodles toss to combine It's really good and tonight we're having chicken done in the crock pot baked potatoes & southwestern corn Hugs Robert & Ceil
