Evening Pam - It was a little cooler today at 89.. We got up early to go to Richie's brothers to take all our old papers to burn in his pit. It took some time to burn all his and then mine and let me tell you standing in front of that fire feeding it, it sure was hot! But we got all of it burned. There was a bag full of old stuff of mine but it was still on the newer side so I left it home. I took a shower as soon as I got home to clean up and to cool off. We sat outside from 10 to 2 pm and although we sat under a carport the whole time but there was a nice breee blowing most of the time. We hadn't eaten anything by the time we left, and Rich stopped to get me a cheeseburger and iced tea before we got home. He made dinner and cleaned up so that was a nice change. Sorry to hear you are off to work tomorrow but glad it's only for another month. Hopefully this time, they'll get a persone who won't abuse time and knows the business. Have a good Monday Pam. hi Pam - Hopey ou are having a good and relaxing Saturday. I know how it is to be off after a hard week of work. So just do your thing and get some relaxing in too. it's been a lazy day for me - put some clothes in the dryer and then went uptown to get vitamins and suppliments for me. Got caught in the middle of a big thunderstorm on the way home. Not unusual when we have high temps. It was so hot an muggy this morning and is still 89 but the sun is trying to come out. Had a dental appointment today where he fixed a broken tooth and the one in front of it - 2 filings - over $600. I bought the dental insurance so the bill came to over $900 - I can't believe how much it costs these days. I have to go back in a couple weeks for him to fill two more teeth but will get 20% off instead of only 10%. It's still gonna be expensive. UGH! It was 90 today and no rain but will be hotter the rest of the week and rain every day. Did a load of laundry, dried, folded and put it all away and made dinner. That was enough. I had my primary care doctor two days ago, dental today, and dermatology tomorrow, and another dental in two weeks and that will be another big ticket visit. So everrything falls in this month and will be out of the way. Oh I forgot, I get a shot in my eye this month too. So I'll be done from head to toe! Think we'll have rain the rest of the week and weekend and it'll be in the 90's also. Felt like 100 today. i know you are cooking down there. Have a good day at work. Hugs, Wendy
