I toatally agree Pam, with you about having a summer day over winter. I have two friends here on NOTH that can't wait till fall. Now I like fall too, but I don't want to skip summer! We got still another thunderstorm this afternoon and it rained like the dickens! Lightning too! The grass is so green - too bad you aren't getting any. It was 88 today and the sun was out again after the storm. Earlier went to breakfast with Richie's brother - I have got to stop this eating in the morning!!! We went to Big Lots this afternoon before the rain, and picked up a few washclothes, and honey found a new griddle pan and I found a windchime that wasn't too expensive. I was just wondering if I put it out inbetween the hummingbird feeds, it it would chase them away. What do you think, Pam? The feeders are several feet away from where I want the windchime to go. Maybe take down the third on and move it out back. Got to get the towels out of the washer and put them in the dryer. Hope some rain comes your way soon! Enjoy this new month. hugs, Wendy

Evening Pam - glad you had a good Sunday - or at least I hope you did. We went to Sam's this afternoon. They were out of the coffee (again!) that we like so go some breakfast blend by DD. Also out of cream of chicken soup. Spent $134 and got only a few things. We decided to go to Sams in Virginia Beach and low and behold they had the coffe we liked so got 3 bags and that was it - they had no cream of chicken soup either- there must be a problem getting it. From now on we'll go to Va. Beach as had more things than the other place. Tues Richie's brother wants to go to Costco's to see what that place is like . They might have the soup - not sure what the price will be like or if they'll charge extra for being a visitor. Anyway, hope you had a good last day of July - can you believe time is just flying by like this. I'm sure with the temps you've had, you'll be glad to see it gone. We had more rain - lots at times. We didn't do anything, SPECIAL, yesterday, BUT, Crow is a shopper, and especially likes Dollar Tree. So we hit 6 of them, in 6 different towns. We must have put 200 miles on the odometer...HAPPY SHOPPING
