Good afternoon to you. Its another chilly,cloudy day here. It was very foggy here this morning but that has left. I went and bought me some new shoes this morning to help my foot. They feel so good. Just doing laundry here. Enjoy the rest of your day and your weekend. Take care, hugs, Cheryl

Good afternoon, I hope you are having a good one. Its another cloudy and drizzly day here. I would much rather see the sun. I have been in a lot of pain lately. I think I have a heel spur on my right foot. I have had these before many years ago. I went to a doctor and he put cortisone shot in both of my heels. And I got some special insoles for my shoes that the doctor made for me. I ordered some Plantar Fascia compression sleeves this morning, it will be probably a week before I get them. I found some at Walmart. Didn't notice until I got home that I got a size to big. But hopefully they will help until the other ones come in the mail.
