Good Morning Pam, well your yard sounds about like mine. So many little critters and insects everywhere. Yesterday I dried clothes on the line. Hubby took his clean tee shirt from the pile and got stung by a bee that was hiding inside it! The rain missed us yesterday and I sure won't mind a couple of dry days. Glad you have so many critters in your garden - don't think there are as many here but we do have mud daubbers and wasps and mosquitos and nats. Glad there are no fire ants here - I got bit by some when I was visiting a friend in NC many years ago and don't ever want to see them again. The hummers have finally figured out I have two feeds now and it's already time to refill one of them. Have done a load of towels and taht's it's for the day. I really need to run the vacuum but I might just wait on that. Didn't sleep that well last nite so just took a short nap. It's a slow day around here and I think it'll be clean out the fridge day for dinner tonite. There are several things from the last couple days that I need to clear out so I can make room for others. Well, went to Aldi's for a couple of things and spent $40 - I really need to stay out of the grocery stores, but like I said I do like food shopping and cooking (for the most part) Picked up a jar of their sauce and doctored it up and put in some sweet sausages and let it simmer for hours - tasted like homemade and was really good. Served it over fresh ravioli and had Texas toast to go with it. Was 91 today and had a downpour of a thunderstorm this afternoon. Guess it was 1/4" - fast and furious! Will cool down to 75 overnite. No plans for tomorrow - gonna sit my butt home and maybe do some housework - nasty word!! Hugs good nite, Wendy
Oh my is it hot here. Its 100F and could get up to 103. And there is a hot breeze too. I was out and about earlier and got home when it was hot. I'm staying inside where its cool by the air conditioner. I hope you stay cool too. Take care my friend, Cheryl
