A gorgeous day here..74 degrees and tons of sunshine. Sat outside earlier for a bit. Nothing like soaking up natural vitamin D. The kitties are enjoying even more. Looks like rain tomorrow afternoon. Hope you've had a good week. 🙂🌷🙂

It is just beautiful outside and such a good day to get some yard work done and some good fresh air! Stained my porch steps yesterday and they look so nice.

Hi there. I went to my doctor appoinment this morning. I got tested for Influenza A&B. Both came back negative. I have Acute cough and Acute non-recurrent frontal sinusitis. The acute cough is just a cough that lasts for a while. And the sinusitis is Pressure and pain in the forehead and around the eyes. Runny nose, fever, coughing at night, and tenderness around the eyes. It's going around here, we here call it the Crud and its no fun. I'm taking Mucinex DM twice a day. Using a saline nasal spray, and I've got to drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. I also have a cool mist humidifer going. I hope you are having a good day. We have made it to midweek! How's your week been so far? It is a perfect day here and I'm accomplishing much. 70* F and sunny. Getting my household work done so I can spend time outside this afternoon. My daughters are all lamenting the fact that they are at work and can't play outdoors on such a beautiful day. I will enjoy some sunshine on their behalf. Think they'll notice? LOL

Oh what a day it has been. I woke up at 4 am coughing and I couldn't go back to sleep at 6:30 after my husband left to go to work. It's been a beautiful day here, got up to 70. I went and got 2 weeks worth of groceries at Walmart and then I went to the car wash. I was waiting in line to go thru the automic car wash and I started coughing and couldn't catch my breath and I felt like I was going to pass out, but I didn't . This has happened before like a month ago. I know have doctor appoinment Wednesday morning to go see my nurse practioneer to see what is going on. I'm wondering if I has asthma. But I will find out what is causing me to have these episodes. I don't like them at all. I hope you are having a good day. If its not to much to ask, please put me in your prayers.
