On October 30, my wife Geralyn and I attended our first Broadway Theater League play of the season here in Lafayette, Louisiana. This was one of our favorite plays and we did a really crazy video to see if you can guess what play we saw!
Dropping in to wish you a lovely Sunday, hope all is well, and your weather isn't too cold. Weather here has been great the last couple of days, sunny and around 70. Just perfect for getting out and doing last minute things before Winter sets in, and getting the leaves raked up. Funny I don't have any trees in my yard but I always end up with leaves, seems the wind likes to blow them my way lol.. Anyway, you take care, enjoy your day and have a great week~~~ hugs, debijo
A wonderful weekend to you. November is now here! Love this month and all of is surprises. Enjoying some flavored pumpkin spice coffee at the moment. Ever so tasty. Abit chilling and windy outside so will enjoy doing this and that in the home. May your weekend be ever so nice to you. Smiles Gloria
A good weekend to you. Hope the weather is not getting to you too bad. Looks like some areas are sure affected. We had a front come in Wed. night & Thurs. morning really cold & windy. I was bundled up good but the wind was really cold at the school crossing. Warming up now so going to enjoy the weekend..........George
Hi dear Joe. Wishing you a wonderful and safe Halloween!!
It is rainy today and a cold front is moving in where I am in upstate New York USA. But most of the trick and treaters were aware of it, so parties were held last weekend. I heard on the news that some were thinking of moving Halloween!! How do you move a Holiday lol.
Holloween was so named really All Hallows Eve way back in the day... which was the day before All Hallows Day which when this was started a l ong time ago Hallows were Holy or Saints Day which then became All Saints day. But somewhere a long the line All Hallows Eve became Halloween and All Hallows Day became All Saints Day, as the language changed. The day after All Saints Day which is the 1st of November, then the 2 nd of November is all Souls Day. That was a day that the Catholic church prayed for those that have departed and are in purgatory.
May you havea wonderhul and very safe Halloween and rest of the week too. Love and Hugs Connie XXXXXXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Hello Connie. It was a rainy day here for the kiddies but they were out in force getting their goodies. Was quiet here for me as I live on a dead end street. Nobody comes here. They stick on the main street where all the stores are for their goodies. After that rain it turned cold and very windy with temps near the freezing mark. Winds were a good 60 mph. There were a lot of power outages. Some still have no power yet. I just had two pine branches broken. My neighbor got his car damaged when his car shelter flipped over by the wind. Other places were worse with roofs were lifted. Tonight temp will drop below the freezing mark. Take care and have a nice evening and weekend also. Hugs. Joe!!!!!! XXXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOOOO
Hi Ken. Love the kitty on your page. Are you being effected by the fires in CA? How are you cats doing? . Wishing you a wonderful and safe Halloween!!

Hi Connie, I hope that you are having a safe Halloween. You are right about how halloween started (I read it somewhere). About the cats, I lost my Calico (Cleo) Feb. 2014 and my tabby (Snoots) Feb. 2017). I am still thinking about if I want to replace them. I do miss them both. The cat on my page reminds me of my cat.
HI Sis Connie, oh such a newsy comment, so sorry about Julian and his troubles at school. but so happy to hear that now he is somewhere else and I am sure he will be happier. Can't believe how those grand kids of yours have grown up. And happy to that Shane is doing so well and also is getting along so well iwth Julian. it makes such a difference doesn't it? That is certainly a big house with that many square feet in it. Nice to have the yard too and everything else that goes with it.
not much new up here Connie, frosty days and mornings are very cool. have to wear your parka out each morning. at least the sun comes out so that is nice.
Love your page is just excellent. Did you do it? all for now Sis and take care , keep well, and will hear from you when you can. Love and hugs, Sis Moe
Pleasant day to you. My goodness tomorrow we start the month of November. Such a very special month full of birthdays plus Thanksgiving at Grammies. The sun is shinning today which warms ones heart. Enjoying some French Vanilla & Almond flavored coffee from Cameron's at the moment.
Library has some books in for me that I order awhile back so will visit our friendly library this afternoon.
Yes all is well here and yes our new great granddaughter Ellie is beautiful.
I am still trying to keep active. I started back roller skating ( 4 wheels) this past summer. It had been maybe 35 years since I was last on roller skates. I fell down a few times earlier on but getting better now.
We had a vacation on Canada's east coast in July, visiting New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. It was a great trip.
Hoping that all is well in your life and that you see your lovely grandchildren often.
Take care.
Hugs.

Closing out another month that went by fast. Getting a cold front coming in that will get us close to freezing temps so going to protect plants in case of frost. Afraid the trick or treaters are going to have rain & cold temps for Halloween. We bought a lot of candy but most of it is the kind we like so time will tell. Have a bootiful day.............George
A very nice Tuesday day to you. It is abit chilly in our area with the temp at 22 or so. A great day to make up some Bear Creek Cheddar Broccoli soup mixes. It's so yummy ! Of course one must enjoy the oyster crackers along with the soup. May you have a nice afternoon. Now where is my coffee cup for I need to have another cup of that pumkin spice. Smiles Gloria
