It's a typical summer day in the southern US. Sunny and hot but very pretty. I had taken cuttings from my purslane plant last fall and rooted them over the winter then put them in two hanging baskets this spring. They are so full and beautiful now and the bees and hummingbirds just love them. Bonus is that this plant loves the heat so does very well here. Nice to look at out my living room windows. Have a great day.
Thursday is a Blessed day. Amazing things are going on all around us every minute of every day.
Have you been to the beach this summer? Just watching the waves go in and out and the clouds go by is so much fun.
What would you do if you saw this happening right in front of you? Ok, I wouldn't be out there like that, but it would be a site to see.
When you go to the beach, do you ever wonder what is really down there? Or are you a scuba diver?
There is nothing like a Mother's love. Have you seen Koalas in real life, like in the zoo? Or have you been to Australia? This is so Sweet! Share the amazing things all around you that put a smile on your face.
Good morning. 83* inside, 73* outside. Possibility of some storm with wind and hail. Going to 93* later, or as we say in my colony, some severe weather. On my exercise this morning, I heard something I never heard before. A cop was stopped at a light and he had music on in the squad. Rap music. I guess it is the 21st century. Plans are uncertain. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
The woman on the stone is not the woman at the desk.
I hope your Wednesday is going wonderfully. It's sunny, hot, and humid here but so pretty to see from inside my air conditioned home. I've gotten my work done but for folding laundry and then will see what I can get into. How about you? What's happening in your world today?
Happy HUMP DAY. I got an early start on the walk. It is too uncomfortable to sleep. There is a [possibility of some rain so I was glad to get the exercise in. On my return to the Fortress, I saw lightning in the sky, however, I think it was heat lightning. Yesterday I got some air conditioning for my soul. Five minutes at Walmart; half hour at the church and 15 minutes at another store. HARK! I hear rain hitting the house so if not for the early start, I might still be a mile and a half in no man's land. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet! I don't think aerating the house will do much good in the long run today. Starting off too warm and humid.
