Just dropping in to say hello. Hope you enjoyed your weekend and that the new week has started off well for you. Our nice sunny warm weather has come to an end.  Turned off much cooler and calling for rain/snow with temps in upper 30's to low 40's.  Darn anyway, I was really enjoying the Spring like weather.  Take care of yourself and enjoy the rest of your week~~ hugs, debijo

We had a great weekend.  My kids came over yesterday afternoon.  That is Michelle (now 13) in a panoramic picture in three different places on the fence/gate.  

Wayne got all the broken branches from the ice storm and all our trees in the backyard trimmed up.  Boy, what a difference!  Then we watched all the videos from the Josh Turner concert before they left.  

Praying you had a blessed weekend and enjoy this President's Day as well.  Stay warm as the next front is sure to be on the way.  Come on Spring!

Seems like this winter we have seen all 4 seasons almost every week.  Sure hope you are enjoying your weekend.  We have watched a lot of sports... Longhorn softball, Longhorn baseball, Longhorn basketball (both women and men).  That means Spring is getting closer.

Happy Saturday Barbie!  We should have a beautiful day.  Guess I will uncover and move out plants to get sunshine.  Then Tuesday redo before the wintery mix gets here.  My kids are going to Billy Bob's tonight to see Josh Turner in concert.  It starts at 10 pm.  I love his music and his gospel album.  

Hope you have a nice long weekend and enjoy President's Day.  I am hoping that my kids come over on Sunday.  We could surely use help with the down limbs from our ice storm.  Besides, I want to hear all about the birthday sleepover and concert.  Don't forget to share your smile with everyone you meet as you never know what burdens others are carrying.

Be safe storms are coming again

Back to adding lots of layers today.  It has steadily dropped temperatures all day and I keep putting on more clothes.  You can hear the wind whipping out there.  We will be near 80 on Monday and have freezing rain on Wednesday.  This winter is CRAZY!

Mid 70's today and low 20's tomorrow night.  Yesterday and today the winds are 40+ mph.  Sinuses are awful.  But... 

We voted in the Texas Primary (early voting) today.  Hubby also bought a bigger and wider pair of shoes to fit his tender toes today.  So we are back and settled in, waiting for precious drops of rain that are desperately needed to put out wildfires during this windy and dry spell.
