A great weekend to you and hope you were safe from all of the tornadoes that hit. Prayers for those killed and injured suffered damages. May you have a great week.....George
I am off today and it is almost mid afternoon! No wonder I am hungry. Where did the day go already? By the time lunch is over, it will be time for bed. OK, I might have fallen asleep very early last night.
My adopted granddaughter, who was married in our yard over 10 years ago, moved to Mitchell, South Dakota. They are there for a year and are trying to adapt to snow and COLD weather. She said they got 7" overnight and she has never seen that much snow at one time.
We are 78°, feels like 81°. It is very humid and probably a record yesterday and today. But then we set a record last January at -2° also. Personally I like our temperatures right now. Tomorrow will be a different story.
Can you say roller coaster? No matter the weather, I can't wait to celebrate the birth of Jesus.
I am celebrating this week because I became the great-grandmother to another family baby. She is the daughter of my grandson Austin and was born last Sunday evening, Dec 5. She and her mother Alicia are at home now and both are doing just fine. I have several other great grandchildren but this is the latest one.
David and I went out to eat our Catfish Buffet today and, as usual, it was really delicious. Now I'm back home and saying "Hello" to some of my friends online. Hugs, Nancy
The 80's are coming back! Woo Hoo!!! Ok, we will be in the 80's on Thursday and Friday; then Saturday will only be a high of 56°.
I am "dog tired" but I absolutely love my job and working for Kelly. All our Edward Jones clients are the best. It is so good to see some of them again (I have been doing this for 5 years now) and to wish them a Blessed and Merry Christmas.
I will be back soon as I get the knots out of my shoulders and a few bills paid before they haul me away.
