How is your Monday? Mine is going well and it is beautiful weather. We went to Walmart this morning for some lights for my large star made from tobacco sticks. I wrapped the star in lights and we will enjoy it with our other lights during the Christmas season. Tomorrow our youngest grandson has outpatient eye surgery so please keep a good thought for him and for Jenny and James who are, naturally, nervous parents. Have a wonderful afternoon and evening.
Where oh where did the weekend go? I really think I got lots done and then I look at my list and wonder, "just what did I do?"
No matter what day of week it is or what is on the list, I will always try to be right here for you. And keeping with Thanksgiving, I will again say Thank You for being my Friend.
I hope these flowers will last all week and brighten your days ahead. I bet some of you have already started planning next weeks dinner and will start cooking soon.
Don't forget to share with others that might not have family to cook for them!
Good morning. It is the witching hour, a time where our dreams become the reality of the day and we have to face the supernatural head-on, and to top that....... it is Monday! It is 27* and it felt cold though no wind did help. Have a good day, on this the Ides of November. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Hello, hope you have been enjoying your weekend so far. I know they always go by way too fast, mine especially due to only having one day off. Have had to work the last 3 Saturdays but next weekend I will have 2 days off... Hip, hip, hooray.. I am so looking forward to it. Anyway, hope all is well.. Take care, enjoy what's left of the weekend and have a great week~~~ hugs, debijo
Good morning. Starting off at 34* with the wind from the west, it is cold to walk into it. Drinking the good coffee and planning on nothing else today. By the time I arose, most of the snow had left with an exception on the cars and some oddities on the grass. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet! It was the Blueberry British muffin this morning if you are doing the biographical sketch on this writer.
I hope you are enjoying a wonderful Saturday. A beautiful, cool day here with plenty of sunshine. We are to have a frost tonight with temps of 30*. I picked the last of our peppers yesterday before it got so cold. Have a nice evening and relax!
Just dropping by to see how you are and wishing a blessed weekend. Another great college football game day. Enjoy your weekend and new week on the way.....George
Today is one of those days, not because of rain but because we started at 35 again today. This is already the third time this month. I am ready for spring, for flowers to emerge and bloom, and warm temperatures.
How many days until Spring? At least I haven't had to turn the heat on yet. But my windows are not open either.
So here I sit dreaming of the future. Guess I had better get up and enjoy every minute of the day and celebrate Saturday with you.
Thanks for stopping by and sharing your world with me.
Good morning. Happy Saturday. It was a real chore to get out of bed this morning and go for my walk. It is 34° out and the windchill is 25°, or something like that. Had to push on for the exercise in the dark and cold. I actually did not feel like continuing but I knew with winter coming on there is going to be more mornings that are going to be a lot worse than this. Then my muscles in my back started aching and I realized it was the change of the weather that snow is coming. Someone was telling me that there is a forecast for 2 inches of snow this weekend. I'm assuming that it will not stay unless we get quite a bit more. Usually it melts and then I have to listen to everyone hoping for snow for Christmas. I'm not one of those people. I am hopeful for 75° and sunny. Speaking of that, I shall not be going to the beach today. As a matter of fact, if I did not have an obligation to go to church later today, I would not even be going out at all. I hope you have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
