good-morning, been really busy the last few days. taking advantage of nice days to get all of my outside stuff done before it gets cold out. hope all is well with you and you are enjoying this fall season..marykay
Good morning. 52* this morning. I wore a coat because at the start of the torment, the wind seemed cold. End of the movement, the wind had stopped and no rain today. Into the 60s today supposedly so bring out the beach wear. Nothing planned for today though the controversy continues at being out of eggs. Maybe a trip to church in an hour to look on the other side of the curtain. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
A very good day to you. Strong storms predicted for us today and tomorrow but will believe it when I see it. Enjoy the rest of the week and take care.....George
Good morning. Looks like a high of 67* with some rain. In the early morning as I go out for the walk, one of my fondest memories is looking at the sky. The sky is aligned with stars and I can count everyone in this quadrant of the galaxy. It is marked by the stillness, and gazing and immensity that have enveloped me as I look upward. It is an entry point into awe that shapes my world view. It enables me to continue my march forward into the war on Twitter. Nothing happening today unless I take a trip to the church this morning for the meaning of life and think of what is on the other side. I did the blood thing yesterday and grocery store. However....... I am now out of eggs and the palms of my hands are becoming clammy if you will. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Was a rainy/misty day with a high in the low 70's. Should be nice the rest of the week with it reaching into the low 80's when we leave to go camping with our friend on Saturday. Have your 3 day weekend was a good one. Have an enjoyable evening. Hugs, Wendy
Are you having a good Tuesday, I hope? It' very pretty here today and I do a little indoor work and then go outside for a bit of sunshine. Rinse and repeat. LOL Going to heat up to August-like temps the next few days before more autumn temperatures return. Have a quiet, peaceful evening!
Everyone in Texas is talking about me... I am on the news a lot. OK, I am also getting a lot of text comments from my friends too... troublemaker, dangerous, crazy, wreck havoc, naughty, go somewhere else...
Now come on, is that fair? We are getting a light shower right now but we are promised rain tomorrow. They should all be thanking me, right?
Just wait until tomorrow. Ok, I am working tomorrow so enjoy Taco Tuesday and Enchilada Wednesday. I'll be back soon so share your smile with everyone you encounter because the sun will soon be shining again.
Where you're going, I already have been there, sat down and had a soda and have come back, so forget it! This is a good adage to use. It would be perfect to use on children or your romantic partner. Not everyone is married.
Good morning. Off to a good start this morning, about 56°. That is on the edge of being comfortable or not being comfortable. I completed my task and returned to my FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE. I took breakfast and then moved things around to prepare for my existence of doing nothing. That is not exactly true as I intend on going to the grocery store this morning and before that the trip over to the church. I actually thought about giving some blood but they could never fit me in when I appeared unannounced. And that is too bad because they're actually starting at 7:00 AM this morning which would be perfect for this writer. I do not wish to make an appointment as I have given that up when I retired except for the mandatory dental appointment and the eye exam. In either case, as I was preparing to go to my READY ROOM and get on the computer, it seemed somewhat cool and I was trying to determine if I should put a shirt on. I went and looked at the thermostat and it said it is 67°. That is the temperature I had it set at. In other words, if it drops 1° my furnace shall be activated and I shall feel defeated once again. I was playing the part of a martyr this morning. I only had about a third of a glass of orange juice. Now it is a big glass and so there was a sufficient amount for most people, but I like to savor the orange juice for breakfast. I usually try to wait until Lent before running out of things and having to do without. I can then double up using that as my abstinence. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
