Just a note to say hello - slept really late today and went to bed last ntie not feeling very well and was in bed by 1Am. Felt better this morning - think I wore myself out with all the work around theh ouse I did the other day. Was 72/73 and was outside picking out the weeds from the flower pots and cleaning up some other things. Got fresh air and a bit of exercise. Just finished getting brocolli ready to saute for the steak dinner tonite. Have a good rest of the eveing. Hugs, Wendy
