WHAT I LIKE

Do you remember visiting my husband's profile page? His profile name was 'oldphoneman'. Several years ago I decided to register him on NOTH, and then get him interested in the activities. No luck! He's NOT a computer guy! However, I got myself in a 'pickle' because less than a week after I decorated his page, he was chosen to be a Featured Member of the week. Now what? Many stopped by to congratulate him, and even though I passed the messages on to him, he STILL wasn't interested. His passion is restoring vintage tractors and collecting vintage telephones.
I did leave the page up for a period of time, but finally took it off.

Many of my friends have teased me because of my collection of insulators. I was always happy to show the collection to anyone who was even vaguely interested... but they were not encouraged to ask WHY I was collecting them! I became the official collector when my hubby was wandering all over the place, looking for vintage and antique telephones.

Guess what? I recently sold my whole collection to a gentleman who thought he found his long, lost treasure. And me... I was paid far more than I ever expected!!!

Love this page. Very uncluttered which I like.  Hate clutter too.  That is something my husband and  I disagreements about. He clutters. I dispair. 😊

Hi Mona, my name is Judy. I absolutely love both of your pages. I loved reading about you and the things you like. Wish more folks would create their pages with more information about themselves  instead of all glitter and flashing pages.  They may be beautiful but don't tell nothing.
