Oooh, I love American, Italian & Mexican...give me that good 'ol southern cookin'. FOOD....that's my favorite food.

I'm 56 years old, married to a really great guy who is a truck driver, and we have a gorgeous daughter and a pretty darn terrific grandson. We have two Miniature Schnauzers....a salt and pepper female named Micki and a black female named Jynx.

I work outside the home as a school bus driver but being at home is my favorite place to be. It's my little slice of heaven on earth.

I had a heart attack a little over a week after my 55th birthday in 2006. Not exactly what I had planned but whacha gonna do? Then a few months ago I was told by my doctor I have diabetes! What the h**l?! Who is this person who has taken over my body and what are they doing to it??!! They're ruining it with diabetes, arthritis, allergies, psoriasis, high blood pressure, weight gain.... They've got a fight on their hands 'cos I'm taking it back!!
