Simple, good food. All salads, Vegetables, Fruit (especially Mangos and Strawberries - organic of course) and Tasty Meat. Even Tofu and brown rice.

I'm 58 years young. Have been married for 40 years to my hubby (and some said it wouldn't last!) Live on acerage in Queensland which is a Declared Nature Refuge.(Developers cannot destroy it) even after we have gone elsewhere!
Have to deal with Fibromyalgia every day. If you don't know what it is, just Google it and find out. More and more people have this condition now.
I love doing community work. Anything that helps other people and keeps me going.
