I hope that your therapy treatments work well and you are soon back to being a spring chicken
All is well here this morning, it is a dull and overcast day with the possibility of rain.
I will be leaving for the gym in about a half hour (Monday to Friday is the gym) and later have coffee with friends.
I have other friends that I often visit on Tuesday evenings but will decide later, depending on the weather.
