cold wet breezy..yucky generally..

the wind goes thru to your bones..
rained all night..ground is saturated..local flooding and
some country roads closed..Orioles and hummers at feeders and cardinal
carrying off grape halves..wonder if they are feeding babies already
or if he's feeding mama sitting on eggs,,they are such good daddies and 
help feed babies too..

Waiting for Judy to bring in a few groceries


got the last few annuals planted in tree stump bed this afternoon.. back sore again..least the rain has stopped and is 70ish,  ground is so saturated so a few weeds were pretty easy to pull out too,

Ordered a froggie statue for tree stump bed from Amazon...pic looked cute.. hope is OK..
I was looking at fairy doors to attach to stump but they were all so small I didnt think they;d show up much so went with 9 inch tall froggy instead. should be able to see that OK from my window,, was 20 bucks,,hope he gives me some grins all summer for that! lol

Hi

Rained all night..
watching oriole and hummer at feeder..
new oriole feeder with bigger perches I bought is being ignored,,
they say are attracted to orange color but they ignore it and always
go to the red hummer feeders which dont have big perches on them..
I wonder if they'd use oriole feeder if i spray painted it red????

supposed to get to 70 later..
flooding possible over country roads..
Still have spaghetti to eat so no cooking needed today,
