Weekend is here! Happy Caturday! What are your plans?

Do you have all your grocery shopping done? Maybe you're going to Market Days with 400 vendors like my friend is doing today.
And her best friend is the Queen of shopping! They both always look their best.
Weather you are all dressed up for a weekend trip to do something exciting or to visit family or friends,
Or just staying at home watching sports, reading a book, or talking on the phone with friends, please remember to say a prayer for all those in the line of storms yesterday. There were 57 tornadoes reported over 7 states in 20 hours.
Here we are again... Friday. Do you have any special plans for today or for the weekend?
Whatever you do, I hope you do something special for someone else. Make their day!
May you and a special friend are going to get together just to have a drink and visit.
Or maybe you and a group of friends are going shopping together for something special you have been looking for and you need some honest advice.
Then again, even if it gets dark, find someone who will go with you to pick up stars that have fallen from the sky. Blessings upon blessing to you whatever you do.

GOD has so graciously blessed us with another day to share a smile with someone who’s misplaced theirs, to lend a hand to someone in need, to offer a prayer for those who are sick or hurting emotionally, to hug someone who needs to feel loved, and to tell others about JESUS! YOU just may be the ONLY person who can reach them and get them into Heaven! GOD uses willing vessels STEP out in your FAITH today where it may seem a bit uncomfortable for you, and EACH time you do, it becomes a little bit easier until it becomes a part of WHO you were created to be!
Guess what I saw yesterday afternoon? YES!!! Now they have fresh food too!
Come on over and get some nectar. It is fresh and delicious. Don't you know that it is Spring and the flowers are beginning to bloom.
Aren't they just amazing creations of God? They are truly a unique creature just like you and I are unique.
They are so much fun to watch. It is something I never tire of doing. And as soon as we just get some sunshine, I'll be out in the backyard watching them.
Well, here's looking at you. I am off to attempt to mow and bag the yard which is mostly weeds.
I am posting late today, so I thought when you read this we could just sit for a while and talk or maybe even solve the problems of the world as the sun kisses the water.
Think about things we did wrong and instead of worrying about them just find a way to do them differently this time. What goes around comes around again.
Then, think about, what if we had gotten what we asked for. It might have led us down a terrible path. Instead of the wonderful journey we are on now after blessings of getting what we really needed all along.
So get out there and share your kindness with others that might be having a bad day and might desperately need your smile or your help and need you to show them there are still lots of good people in this world.

We could go for a drive and get something to eat. However, you might have to listen to me yell at the other drivers who don't know why a blinker is installed in their car.
They say laughter is good medicine so by the time we got back you would be feeling no pain.

They told us Thursday would be the fourth week in a row for storms with possible lightning and possible hail. However, Mother Nature delayed everything until early Friday morning, just in time for rush hour traffic.
Because of the delay, the wind, the lightning, the hail, everything is not as bad as they thought it would be. Blessings upon Blessings. Let the weekend begin.
I am on the lookout for Butterflies. I bet you know why too... because it means Spring is really here and warmer weather too. To see a butterfly and a reflection would really make my day because that would mean we got some rain too. I love that they are so unafraid that they land on us as well as plants. Do you see them at night? Happiness is seeing Butterflies!
I sure hope this is our last cold morning. I am almost ready for Summer, just 92 more days.
It may be cold here this morning but it is a beautiful day and the sun is shining. Welcome to a new season and a new week.
I want to go outside and put out hanging baskets and plant some new flowers but it doesn't take long before I am running back inside.
Meanwhile at Selma Park around the Amon G. Carter Lake, my precious Wendy, sent me a video of all the deer across from her front porch in Bowie, Texas. This is a still shot from that video.
So for now, I will have to be content looking at these flowers in front of the TV just waiting to get to go back outside.
Meanwhile the orchids, Easter cactus and anthurium, all fight for the little bit of sunshine peeking through the overcast of clouds begging for warmth to come through the window. I am waiting to see the butterflies and hummingbirds return. HAPPY first day of Spring!
