It is now later in the afternoon and this has been a great day for the blizzard conditions settled down for in our area and received only abit of snow but still the high winds. Icy roads though because of the rain that came down over night. And this is March for you in my neck of the woods. Now more west of us they are enduring the blizzard and some roads are closed. Pray for safety.
We made the happy hump day & ready to finish off another week. Spring break starts next week so going to get more yard work done for plants .Pretty sure the freeze is over for us . Have a great day to enjoy what you want to do......George
Hi Joe! How are things going for you? I am still waiting for the snow to quit! I swear sometimes it feels more like I am in Alaska than in Upstate NY. Wind, cold and snow Happy Spring LOL. But rain, snow, sleet, hail or even Sunshine. Have a great day. Love and hugs. Connie XXXXXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOOOOOO
Hello Connie. You and I are in the same boat. Sunday we got a good 5 inches of snow at my girl's place and at my place about 10 inches. No more place to put the snow. Looks like an igloo here. Took some pics about 2 weeks ago. Will see if I can find them. Take care and have a nice St. Paddy's day. Hugs. Joe!!!!
I think i did drop a line to you, thanks for the note.
All is well here. The big news (if I did not already tell you) is that we became great grandparents for the first time when our granddaughter Rachael gave birth to a little girl they have called Ellie.
She was born on January 14th that was also my 78th birthday, how about that we share a birthday.
Other than that things are going along okay. i am still going to the gym Monday to Friday and hope to be back playing tennis in early May. i am still playing piano,, trying to get it right
Hoping that all is well in your life, and that your grandchildren growing like weeds. and that you see them often.
Take care.
Hugs.
Len

Hi Sis Connie, long time no see. I have been having a lot of problems with my spine which in turn makes my hips, legs and just about every thing else painful. Nothing they can do as it is from the Scoliosis and at 80yrs + I don't want a back operation. limping around which is not something I like at all.
I am sure you are busy there and you are right, it is still so cold. we even had a bit of snow on Saturday, just unheard of here on the west coast. will be so glad when spring arrives and more sun. have a good day. take care love and hugs, Sis Moe

Hi Connie, you are having snow like I am having rain. I think that this year I am seeing more rain than I have for a very long time. It does save on my water bill.
Having lived in Fairbanks, AK for 18 months, I would say that you have not had much snow in comparsion. I remember it snowing on Christmas 1965 an inch in a hour for 36 hours straight (on top of what was already on the ground). Had to tunnel out just to go to work.
Good Morning, Connie!!! It has surely been a tough Winter for so many people. I am glad to be in Texas where we get a little rain and wind....but mostly blue skies and lots of sunshine and good temps. Have a great new week. Hugs, Nancy
