I walked the lonely road feeling sad and depressed
God sent an angel to me and told me lay down and rest
He took my hand and led me to a beautiful garden green
Where god's beauty was all around me, which I had never seen
The angel told me god had sent him to give me these little gifts
I fell to my knees and thanked my Lord for giving me a lift
The angel said this should give you a good and loving start
Then he gave me all the love he could for my beating heart
Then then gave me faith and some hope for he could see
That all these lovely gifts that he gave, was all I need for me
I walked around gods garden his angel at my side
He told me god had sent him and he would be my guide
I looked at all the wonders and stood in total awe
With all these gifts around me how could I ask for more
I suddenly felt wealthy so much love to give and share
I turned towards my angel but he could not be seen any where
I thanked my lord for all his generous love he had given me
For I will share it with every one no matter where I will be
I will listen to my fellow beings in all that they say
And then give thanks to my god when I kneel and pray
