Its a snowy day here. Not alot of snow that I can tell but there are drifts. We have one right in front of our door. Its 16 here and feels like 0. So I'm not getting out. I got everything I needed at the store yesterday in case of snow. The birds have been flocking my bird feeder like crazy. I call them little pigs. Everytime I fill up the bird feeder they are out there until its all gone. Well I hope you are staying warm and cozy where ever you are. Take care my friend. Cheryl
Hi there and good afternoon. All is well here at my house. My husband is back at work and feeling just fine. I have had no symptoms at all and I hope it stays that way. Keep me in your prayers. We have a chance for snow starting tomorrow night and into Wednesday and maybe Thursday. Not looking forward to that or the cold weather. But we do need the moisture so hopefully it will be some wet snow. I hope everyone is doing well and your weather is to your liking. Take care and talk to you again soon. Cheryl
Stopping by Lorri to say hello and find out how you have been in the last couple weeks and hoping your weekend was a good one. Spent the day watching football and cleaning the house. At least I now know who is going to the Super Bowl. Don't uderstand the game as much as I would like, but i do like watching certain teams. Have a great Monday! Hugs, Wendy
This is what is coming our way. WHAT??? Can you say global warming? I am freezing today even though I uncovered plants and moved plants out of the garage into the driveway. I will be covering and moving again very soon. Brrrr! Snow, Ice, Sleet - no thank you!
These were put on two weeks ago and they are now gone. I started Valentine early like the beautiful pages on The Hill. Now new ones are on...
I got half the house vacuumed. Hubby is now cleaning toes every day so I take the dressings off and put them back on. However, the pin in the little toe keeps wanting to come out. He doesn't see the doctor again until the 10th. So after a phone call to the on-call doctor, Hubby took the pin in his little toe out himself. Enough said! We won't talk about that any more.
By the time I get back here to visit with you, we will probably have snow and be really freezing even though we started at 28 this morning. Having that for a high instead of 70 is not my idea of fun. But I'll drink to that with you!
I have had the best morning reading all your posts. Makes me smile and warms my heart. Praying for those who are getting high winds and tons of snow. Seems like even with the sun shining most of us are very cold.
I really don't know how you live in weather like that and how all the animals and birds survive. I love that my girls sit in the chair with me to keep me warm.
Now it is time for me to get busy around this house. OK, I need to do my nails too. But after next week I sure hope you have more time to get this house straightened up. Dust bunnies are running rampid around here. There might be an abundance of dog hairs too.
Happy weekend my dear friend and s0rrry for being away this week but started my chemo last week and it really had me feeling terrible this week. Seems it was a mess up on the medicines I should have had. Hopefully it's straightened out now. Wishing you a great week and a warm one in the midst of all the snow. Stay safe and take care.....George
