Was a nice day today in the 80's - watered the plants and walked around for a bit - checked out the neighbors place to make sure all was ok as they are away. Went to the post as they were having a fish fry - didn't eat as we had brunch at home and Rich doesn't eat fish anyway. Got something to eat when we got home around 9. Had a good time with some friends there stayed later than we should have. Played my first game of Keno and won $7 - had to split it with the person who bought me a ticket. Have a good Sunday. Come on over and stay a while. It is hot already! Yes, we are supposed to hit 100 today! I have already watered both sides of the house and the front yard. Hubby is working on straightening the scalloped bricks that border the flower bed in front. Plants are trying to push them over. Always something and for the most part, we love it!
I think I will head back out and trim on a tree for a while. I like making a mess and waiting for Hubby to clean it up. Again, you are invited over any time. There are always projects to be done. I did see a hummingbird getting a drink this morning so I still need to make the water fountain for them. So many things to do... so little time!
And don't forget all your dogs are welcome to come too and have a playdate while you are here helping us with a project or 10. Can't wait to see you!

finally got the grass cut it has rained about 5 inches here this week so now it is just chillin' time for me it is going to be mid 90's here they say that will be the hottest so far this year whew back to my ice tea

Good Afternoon and a hot 92 here. Went out and ate lunch with my son today and then went to Walmart and did some grocery shopping. Got home about 30 minutes ago and go everything put away and now doing my laundry and have dishes to do but not very many.
