Did do you do anything special for 9/11 Pam? We went to the American Legion to meet up with the Patriot Riders whose last stop was there, but by the time we got there, they were gone. We stayed and had something to eat - I had shrimp and Rich a hot dog and he had a beer. Friends of our were there already and were gonna go but stayed for a while since we were there, then our other friends showed up. We all left together after they had something to eat and a couple drinks. I made steak for dinner and it was good. Now spending a quiet evening. Would you believe I couldn't watch the Cowboy game last nite after waiting all day? Channel 10 has been block out for a while due to contract settlements. I can't believe they couldn't get this done before football season as it's been going on for months. Have a good est of the week Pam. Hugs, WEndy

Good afternoon my friends. Its a rainy day here. We have a little over 2 inches so far. Its been raining here since sometime last night. Its supposed to do this most of the week. What a blessing it is and with much cooler temperatures. This rain is making me sleepy. I've been working on another Lego project that we got at Target in Oklahoma City on Friday. I worked on it most of the afternoon yesterday and its a Botanial Garden Lego Bird of Paradise flower. So far I have gotten the bottem part done witch is the pot. Its a lot of work. Well I shall quit rambling on about stuff and go and get my clothes folded and put away. Enjoy the rest of your day and I'm hoping its cooler where you live. Take care and hugs, Cheryl
How's your Sunday going Pam it's a quiet day for me for sure. Think I wore myself out yesterday cleaning the plants and the placemats and polishing the table. It really was a lot more work than what it sounds. I slept good last nite wit the hel of another sleeping pill and slept late today. I need to get up and more around to shake this lazy feeling. Not even going to make dinner tonite - can't even think of what to make so we'll have leftovers. I'll do another sausage, peppers and onions sandwich and Rich will have the left over chicken pasta. We are watching his brother's dog who is up in Jersey - they'll be home Monday. He's a big boxer but is really a good boy. Just doesn't want to eat since his parents aren't with him. Monday is 9/11 - and time to put the flags out again! The VFW is having hot dogs and hamburgers at 4 but thre is no ceremony this year. Usually the local understakers do it and have for the last several years, but no one has taken up the slack - normal, huh? Hope you are having a good Sunday and for the whole weekend for that matter.
