Our day was long, Pam. Rich had a doc app. today at 1 and we got lost - he didn't use the GPS - thought he knew the way - got there 20 mins late and we had to wait an hour before being seen. Stopped to eat at a place I always wanted to go to but we rarely came this way home, we didn't stop. Glad we did as the food was good and the portions were big. We took half of everything home so we'll have a good lunch tomorrow. Not doing a thing but some house work and maybe laundry. It'll be another 90 degree tomorrow and will feel like 100. Sure hope you have a good Saturday and maybe some rain will come your way. Hugs, Wendy

Was a real pretty day here today - temp in the low 80's not humidity sunny and with a nice breeze all day. Think tomorrow is gonna be a scorcher though - back up into the 90's. So am thankful that we are having such nice weather. Didn't do much today just hung around the house doing what i need. Had sliced tomatoes that I got from the farmer yesterday and the corn on the cob and chicken cutlets that I sauteed up. Ate a couple plums for dessert. Hi there. I'm getting excited about the coming cool air that will be here this weekend. I'm so tired of the heat. We don't run out air conditioner at night, just the fans, so it can be warm in the bedroom at night even though we have the back door open so the air can come through the fan.
