Good morning Pam. Are you working today? If so I hope you have a good day. It rained early this morning but the sun is coming out somewhat but will be cloudy I think and going to the mid 80's. Had quite a hetic day yesterday with making dinner for our group. The recipe called for 1 Tablespoon of Montreal seasoning - well it wa so hot!! It had potatoes in it and I added a sweet potato and some peas to help it but it was still peppery! But we all ate it. It was a good tasting meal but I won't be putting as much or any of it if I make this again. It was quite a show getting all the dogs and their stuff, the food, and ourselves out the door - it was a lot of work! And then we forgot the soda.
This eveing we are going to the VFW for the auxillary meeting - it might be the last one I attend. Going just to see how the new officers make out as the woman who is teachng the new president doesn't know as much as the past president and already is in a bit of hot water with the state people. The sun is coming out so maybe it's gonna be a nice day afterr all. That's a out it at my end. Enjoy your day whatever hold. Hugs, Wendy

Good afternoon Pam - hope you are enjoying this beautiful day. I did some chores around the house and took care of all the dogs we are watching - breakfast and treats. The old one I hand feed and our friend doesn't like it cause she won't do it Well if they are in my care, I'm going to do what I can to keep this old dog healthy. If the dog doesn't eat, she takes it up and give it it her the next meal - she will eat all of it if you feed her a little at a time. The worst part is it's HIS dog. I took a short nap this afternoon (and now it's the dogs turn) an filled the hummer food then sat in the rocker on the porch watching them eat. Also saw a pair of regular birds drank out of it. Good afternoon. Its a warm afternoon here. Already up in the 80's and going to hit 90 today. I'm not ready for it to be in the 90's. I like in the low 80's. I'm more of a Spring and Fall person. Not much going on here. Got all my housework done. I mowed some last night with the push mower while my hubby worked on the riding lawn mower. The grass is to tall in the back yard and made it hard to mow. Boy was I tired when I only got half of it done. Hopefully Tony, my husband, can do the rest of it on Sunday.
