I once drove a motorcycle, exclusively, as I didn't have a car. The year was 1969, the year I graduated from high school, and it was a, 350 Honda Scrambler. Believe me driving that thing in the Michigan winter was no picnic. I'd get off that thing, after a drive in 20* weather, frozen from neck to ankle...LOL
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. Pam, I pray YOU have a PHENOMINALLY FREAKY FRIDAY, and a FANTASTIC WEEKEND to follow, my friend...
I went on a road trip wit the seniors to an antique mall in Williamsburg, Va. It took 2 hours to get there one way. We weren't there very long before most of the othersee want to have lunch. I only got to see two isles of things before we left. There had to be 26 rows and lots and lots of other isles of things and furniture. I didn't buy anything but would have if I had found something I wanted. There were 4 of us in the car the others were in a van and we had so much fun talking andd laughing with one another and reciting different things that happpened in our lives and talked about lots of other things. Hope your day went as happy. Hugs, Wendy
Good afternoon to you. I hope you are having a good one. Its a nice day here. We could get some rain later today and I sure hope we do as its very dry here. Take care my friend and enjoy your afternoon. Many hugs to you, Cheryl
I had a VW Bug. She was painted Hippie Green. I called her Miranda. Used car lot had her (came with 100,000 miles plus under her belt) She had a huge sunflower over her bum. I put it there! Loved the music of the 60's and the concept of "peace and love" - still like to play Joan Baez recordings.
Hi there. How is your day going? Its a windy and warm one here. Same tomorrow but the wind is supposed to be worse. I think I will just stay in the house tomorrow. Not much going on here right now. Just decided to send out comments to friends. Take care my friend and enjoy the rest of your day. Many hugs to you, Cheryl
Good afternoon Pam it is a beautiful day here in N.E. Pennsylvania and it's going to be in the 80's by the end of the week and we're also is a red flag burn advisory for the day and we might see some much needed rain this week end Hugs Robert & Ceil
Luv ya too. I used to have hearing impaired students (adults). Took ASL 'cos it helped me communicate with them. Was invited to one of a couple's wedding. Interesting as the HI have a closed group. Hugs
After coffee, let's take a trip outside today. What shall we explore?
Oh look! Birds have laid eggs. Babies are hatching. "I am all alone! I am hungry! Where are you?"
"Stop yelling! I am here now. I am working as fast as I can to feed you!"
"How many are in there? How can you all be hungry at the same time?"
"I think I found a new home for us." Have you seen any babies yet this Spring?
Our neighbor next door has been sharing the new family of birds (eggs to hatchlings) that need a new home instead of in their security camera. Can't wait to find out what kind of birds!
But maybe their old home was turned into a flower pot. Great ideas for tea pots, don't you think? I do hope you enjoy my rants. I love you all.
