Its a very windy Valentine's Day here. Dirt is blowing everywhere and I decided I would go shopping this morning. Its a 30 minute trip to the nearest Walmart. Boy it was hard getting to Walmart , the walking to the store part. I could hardly get there the wind was blowing so bad. And the drive home wasn't any better. We have a chance for snow tomorrow. I sure hope we don't get much as we are going to be going to Oklahoma City on Friday morning. Well I hope you are having a good day and take care my Friend. Many hugs to you, Cheryl
Hey Pam - how are yoou doing this Sunday? It's a soggy wet day here - hhas been raining since last nite. We are home watchng the Supger Bowl - are you watching and do you have a favorite team? I am a NFL fan but do like the Chiefs so I have mixed feelings. It's been a lazy day for us. We were out last nite t dinner at the American Legion having a great steak dinner - 2 for $18. We didn't go to the post as they were having hamburger steak 2- $40 - no brainer and it was delishous. The steaks were good size along with green beans and baked potato. Al of us enjoyed it and were full. Well the game is about to start - so I'll go stir my chicken stew. Have fun and enjoy the game - hope your team wins Pam. Wet hugs, Wendy
Up in Kalkaska, MI, they have a tradition for Valentine's Day. Everyone saves their Christmas trees, and drags them out, on that day, to a big, pre-designated, field. They pile them up, and set them a-fire. As you can imagine, it turns out to be one very big bonfire. Then they all break out there bar-b-que grills, and have a giant get together to welcome Spring back...
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. Pam, I pray YOU have a SATISFYINGLY SPLENDID SUNDAY, and have had a SPLENDIFEROUS WEEKEND, my friend...
