Hi Pam - Yay! Friday is here and it's going on the weekend. Honey and I are going out to meet with his brother and his wife at the Officers club for beer and burgers. I don't do beer but will have a burger and a soda. Then we'll go meet our friends at the Moose for the evening out. It's another beautiful day here with temps at 76 and sunny. The rain will be moving in tonite thru the weekend. Tomorrow we are going to the American Legion for a steak dinner 2/$18 then go to the post for a Valentine dance. They also are having a steak dinner for it's for $20 each - so we'l save some money but still have steak. Then next week we'll go out for my birthday/Valentne dinner. Do you have any plans for the weekend Pam? or for Valentine's Day? Whatever you do, tonite or forthe weekend, I hope you have fun. Hugs, Wendy

It was a wonderful sunny 70 degree day. Woud you believe I never stepped foot outside to enjoy this great day? I got my hair colored - lots of grey - it was way overdue. We were suppposed to go out to meet his brother at a place at 4:30 for wings, but he called back saying it was the wrong nite. Just as well for me but at least my hair will be ready for tomorrow nite when we go out for Friday nite and for The Valentine dinner at the American Legion and dance at the post. I just realized I lost my emerald and diamond ring. I looked in the shower, the sink the trash the floor and I can't find it. I bought that a long time ago when I did private duty after I retired. I've had it for many years At least I know it has to be in the house somewhere but have looked in all the obvious places. Have a good nite - rest and relax. Hugs good nite, Wendy
Hello there my friend. I hope you are having a good afternoon. Its a windy, cold and was a drizzly day. I went and got groceries this morning then had lunch with my hubby at noon. Boy was it cold then. Not much else going on. Just got my laundry put away so now I can relax and enjoy the rest of the day. I hope you are staying warm my friend. Take care and many hugs to you. It was 67 today - just like a pretty spring day. I went to the Albermarl Muesum with the senior center to see a presentation of the effects of CO2 has on the rise of sea level here in North Northeast, NC. It was very interest and this professor believes in climate change. After that we all went to lunch. It was a real nice day all in al. I am so stuffed from lunch - I had chicken parm w/spaghettin and garlic bread. I'll probably eat the rest of it for a later dinner and I have leftover kielbaba and cabbage that Rich can have. I'm just gonna relax the rest of the afternoon and evening. Hope you get the same. Hugs, Wendy
